OVERVIEW

Professional, high-energy, technology-first and data-driven company, Rivertop Roofing is recruiting roofing sales team members to provide Canvassing & Door Knocking lead generation services to our roofing inspection and service writer teams. This is a high-energy job that requires professionally visiting neighborhoods, introduce yourself to homeowners who we believe have been the victims of recent storm damage and set an appointment time with one of our trained service writers. Our office is located in Allen, TX but our teams serve the greater DFW area storm restoration industry. You will be able to work on a team with a leader, and we are looking for a mix of people who are just entering the industry, AND industry veterans that know the game. This is a great place to start if you want to learn more and gain experience in roofing construction.

COMPENSATION

• $500 for all contracts that come from your earned lead.

• No caps on earnings.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and interacting with diverse individuals. Ability to work independently and meet target goals. This position requires strong communication skills, and the confidence to engage with individuals at their doorstep. Experience in roofing, sales, customer service, construction, and/or management preferred. More experience in similar jobs or a  related field will allow you to climb the commission ranks quicker.  The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous, professional, detail oriented, and has high energy. This is an in-person role that requires you to commute to an office in or around Allen, TX, daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with potential customers.

• Collect and record data from interactions with customers.

• Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities.

• As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in setting up lead generation to our Service Writers team through direct engagement with potential homeowners.

• This position may involve working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Compensation is based on qualified leads.

LOCATION

Our office is located in Allen, TX and we serve the greater DFW area from McKinney to Fort Worth. Our office is available to our team for office work, client meetings, and general business, but most of your time will be in the field selling roofs, working jobs, and supporting your team.
