Professional, high-energy, technology-first and data-driven company, Rivertop Roofing is recruiting a veteran roofing Sales Team Manager in Fairview, TX to serve the entire Texas and Georgia territory.  Compensation includes a base pay, commission and other bonuses and perks, designed to allow you to spend time training, but also rewarded for your own sales efforts. We are looking for a roofing rock star that can hit the ground running with little-to-no training, and have the ability to recruit, train, and grow the sales team.

COMPENSATION

• $40,000/yr guaranteed payment salary

• Commission on roofs built by your team.

• 10-50/50 commission split on your earned and provided leads.

• 10-50/25/25 commission profit split on new recruits first jobs during training.

• Recruitment bonus on new sales people.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience as a roofing salesman or manager who is comfortable and proficient generating insurance restoration roof job leads.

Responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring new sales people to grow the team.

Daily sales calls with team to keep them motivated, busy, and accountable.

Perform monthly on-site sales trainings with team.

Coordinate remote sales training trips at conferences, annually.

Monitor job status for each salesman and help them keep track of next steps to bring each job to the finish line.

 

LOCATION

Fairview, TX and surrounding areas. Virtual, in-office, and on-the-road expected.
