OVERVIEW

Professional, high-energy, technology-first and data-driven company, Rivertop Roofing is recruiting roofing sales team Service Writers in Allen, TX to serve the greater DFW area storm restoration industry. You will be able to work on a team with a leader, or those experienced candidates can operate on their own through our systems and processes. We are looking for a mix of people who are just entering the industry, AND industry veterans that know the game.

COMPENSATION

• 9% - 15% of pre-supplement gross job value from your earned leads.

• 7% - 9% of pre-supplement gross job value from company-supplied leads.

• No caps on commission earnings.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in roofing, sales, customer service, construction, and/or management preferred. More experience in similar jobs or a  related field will allow you to climb the commission ranks quicker.  Must be comfortable and proficient generating insurance restoration roofing job leads. You will be responsible for responding to company-supplied leads and generating your own leads through networking and sales. The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous, professional, detail oriented, and has high energy.

LOCATION

Our office is located in Allen, TX and we serve the greater DFW area from McKinney to Fort Worth. Our office is available to our team for office work, client meetings, and general business, but most of your time will be in the field selling roofs, working jobs, and supporting your team.
