2025 was a year of success and growth at Rivertop Roofing and we were excited to support and give back to our local community!

Giving Back at Christmas: Our Annual Rivertop Roofing Toy Drive

Each year, the holiday season gives us an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and focus on what truly matters. In November and December of 2025, our team had an incredible time raising money for, collecting, and donating toys at our Plano, Texas office as part of our annual Christmas toy drive. What started as a simple idea has grown into one of our favorite traditions and a meaningful way to support families in our local community.

From mid-November through early December, the Rivertop Roofing team comes together to collect toys for children in need across the Plano area. By the time the drive wraps up, we have filled a large donation box with brand-new toys, books, and games that go directly to children and families who could use a little extra help during the holidays. Every toy and every dollar collected is donated in full, with one hundred percent going directly to local, child-focused charities.

This year, we were proud to partner with ACO - All Community Outreach in Allen, TX, an organization that does incredible work supporting families and children in our surrounding communities. Working with a locally operated nonprofit allows us to see firsthand how these donations make an impact, and it reinforces why we believe strongly in supporting organizations close to home.

Our toy drive accepts new toys only, all in original packaging, for children ages one through thirteen. We also welcome books and games that encourage learning, creativity, and fun. To ensure the safety and comfort of every child, we ask that donations do not include weapon-shaped items or plush toys that are not sealed in their original packaging.

What makes this event especially meaningful is the way our entire Rivertop Roofing family gets involved. Employees, customers, friends, and family members all contribute, and the company itself also donates funds to purchase additional toys. During November and December, we run internal team contests that give employees a voice in deciding what the company donates. Everyone also participates in delivering the toys, which turns the experience into something personal and memorable.

We believe deeply in the spirit of giving, and we strive to live that value year-round. This annual toy drive allows us to put those beliefs into action while also teaching our employees, young men and women alike, how to serve others with generosity, empathy, and purpose. It is more than a holiday project. It is a chance to model leadership, community involvement, and compassion in a very real way.

We are grateful for everyone who helped make this year’s toy drive a success, and we look forward to doing it again next year.
